The city’s Annual Halloween Festival and Costume Contest was once again a great success, drawing enthusiastic participation from residents of all ages. Attendees enjoyed an evening filled with fun activities, including local vendor booths, games, arts and crafts, face painting, a kids’ inflatable zone, and a new and improved haunted house.
