Paramount’s Assemblymember Anthony Rendon offers a Youth Leadership Program every year with the participants being high school juniors and seniors from his District. The students attend workshops and activities to develop their leadership qualities, all with the goal of making a big difference in their community. It also includes field trips, public speaking, networking, and more. At its August 8 meeting, the City Council introduced the Paramount students from the latest class.
