Official opening day for the newly refurbished Paramount Park pool and its schedule of summer recreational swim and YMCA lessons is Saturday, June 11. That is also the date for the Orange Avenue Splash Pad’s opening. Registration is open now for swim lessons. Also, times for recreational swim are the following: Monday to Thursday, 12 – 2:30 p.m.; Friday, 1:30-4 p.m.; Saturday to Sunday, noon-3 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday nights, 7-8 p.m. Paramount Park is at 14400 Paramount Blvd. The Splash Pad is at 14618 Orange Ave. To get more information about summer activities, visit the Community Services page at paramountcity.com.
