The operators of a carwash on Paramount Boulevard have applied for an amendment to their conditional use permit to allow a flexible-wash at their location. The Planning Commission will hold a hearing on the issue at its Jan. 16 meeting, which will begin at 6 p.m.
Also on the Planning Commission agenda that night will be a request to ammend a CUP to allow the import and wholesale of beer and wine at the business at 16101 Garfield Ave.
According to the legal notices announcing both of these hearings, any issues raised in cour may be limited to issues raised by the public at the public hearing or in written messages to City Hall. The hearings will be held in the City Council Chambers at 16400 Colorado Ave., in Paramount.
