Meeting set for Oct. 29 in Progress Park

The City of Paramount is preparing its Consolidated Plan to guide the use of its federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

As part of the process, feedback from residents is encouraged on what community development goals should be for the next five years and how the community can be made better for everyone.

All are welcome to share their thoughts at one of two community meetings on Friday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. to noon or 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mariposa Center in Progress Park, 8550 Jefferson St.

Come out and make your voice heard. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate by completing a resident survey at https://bit.ly/ParamountResidents.
