The City Council has four public hearings scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 4. Two of them are to address proposed changes to Paramount’s zoning laws. One would allow indoor recreation in the manufacturing zones throughout town. Another would allow restaurants and food halls in the planned development zone, subject to a conditional use permit.
The other two public hearings would adopt LA County traffic and health by reference into the city’s codes. The City Council meeting will start at 6 p.m., on Feb. 4. By law, any issues raised in court may be limited to those issues raised at the hearings.
