The Paramountn City Council, Mujeres Unidas Sirviendo Activamente, and community members gathered on Sept. 15 to celebrate the unveiling of the newest mural inside the Spane Center Learning Center. The vibrant mural was created by local artist Brenda Cibrian, highlighting the creativity, culture, and spirit of the community.
