The Paramount Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 10 to consider a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code that would regulate home gardens in residential areas, according to a legal notice from the city government.
The proposal would apply to the single-family, medium density, multi-family zones and non-conforming residential properties in other areas of the city.
The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 6 p.m. According to the notice, legal challenges to the proposed zoning text amendment could be limited to issues raised at the hearing.
