Mark your calendars for the annual Heritage Festival downtown on Paramount Boulevard. Aug. 6 from noon to 4 p.m. Before that begins, you can line Paramount Boulevard at 10 a.m. for the fantastic Heritage Parade produced by the Paramount Historical Society, which will also put on the Big Car Show from noon to 4 p.m. (Registration deadline to include your vehicle is Aug. 4.
