Colonel Robert Guild and Sergeant 1st Class Dannie Brayboy were recognized at the Paramount City Council’s November 8 meeting for their work with the Paramount High School JROTC over the last 15 years upon their retirements from the program. During the tenure of the Colonel and the Sergeant, about 2,000 students enrolled in JROTC and performed 2,500 hours of community service. Graduation rates for their students have risen to 95% and the cadets have won recognition from the military and the community.
