At the June 11 City Council meeting, the mayor presented the Zamboni Company with the Mayor’s Gold Key award in honor of their 75th anniversary and the work they do in Paramount. Brand Director Paula Coony accepted the award, along with other Zamboni staff and family members. Frank Zamboni, the founder, is known as a local fixture for his involvement in the unification of Paramount. Over the years, the Zamboni Company has continued to be great community partners. From working with PEP to being active in the business community, city officials thanked the Zamboni Company for its commitment to Paramount.
