On Monday, May 27, Paramount’s local chapter of the Elks Lodge gathered for a heartfelt Memorial Day Ceremony at City Hall’s Memorial Plaza to honor the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. The ceremony featured an inspiring keynote address by a local veteran, comments from the City Council, and a performance of Taps by a Paramount student. The city would like to thank Elks Lodge No. 1804 for their dedication and hard work in honoring veterans, past and present.
