At the Feb. 13 meeting, the Paramount City Council presented a proclamation to the Paramount High School Black Student Union in honor of Black History Month. The BSU fosters student growth and development through diversity. They provide an opportunity for students of all races to celebrate black culture, lifestyle, and history.
