Friday, July 29, will be the last of the city of Paramount’s free outdoor movie nights at Progress Park. “Encanto” will be the feature, with games and raffles starting at 7:30 p.m. and the movie to follow. Free popcorn will be available, and a snack bar open to buy other treats. The park is at 15500 Downey Ave.
